Oh, Arwen Evenstar, Where Have You Gone?
Oh, Arwen Evenstar, where have you gone?
I miss the stars within your elvish eyes
The grace you bear, as softly as the night
This wonder that from Valor shall arise
Your mortal love has perished, gone away
As men are wont to do, on Middle-Earth
And Arwen, Evenstar, she wanders, lost
Upon this desolate and shadowed dearth
With eyes of elvish grey, she walks alone
And where her tears have fallen, flowers bloom
The last of legends, fading into night
While all about the darkness gathers gloom
Oh, Arwen Evenstar, we mourn for you
In doomed, immortal love, yet parted now
Forevermore she walks abroad, her hearts
Eternal star now bound upon her brow

Oh, Arwen Evenstar, where have you gone?
I miss the stars within your elvish eyes
The grace you bear, as softly as the night
This wonder that from Valor shall arise
Your mortal love has perished, gone away
As men are wont to do, on Middle-Earth

And where her tears have fallen, flowers bloom
The last of legends, fading into night

Oh, Arwen Evenstar, we mourn for you
In doomed, immortal love, yet parted now
Forevermore she walks abroad, her hearts
Eternal star now bound upon her brow
